Our Cycle of the Seed Team love all things food, and who doesn't!
Having access to good nutritious food which does not cost the earth, is important to all of us.
We are all aware that food security is a big issue in the UK and we all need to act, but sometimes we do not really know how or where to start. The aim of our team is run a fun and inclusive programme that aims to increase local food growing whilst opening discussions around food security and how we can improve it. Working with Bishop's Waltham Junior School
We joined the kids at Bishop's Waltham Junior School to help them clear their growing beds and get them ready for the winter ahead. The leaves will slowly break down (aided by our lovely worms) to make great soil for growing food in next spring. We can't wait!
